The puppy you have purchased from Serenade Poms is guaranteed to be healthy at the time of purchase. You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within two (2) days of  purchase date unless other arrangements have been made in writing with Serenade Poms and signed by all parties. During the exam should your veterinarian find this puppy to be in poor health or detect any physical health problem or disease, you must contact Serenade Poms immediately.

No veterinary fees whatsoever will be paid by Serenade Poms.

In the event your puppy does not pass the initial exam, you must return your puppy to Serenade Poms immediately with the veterinary report of the diagnosis. A replacement puppy will only be granted under these circumstances.

The buyer is solely responsible for the cost of returning the puppy to Serenade Poms.

Serenade Poms cannot guarantee the size or show quality of the puppy, only the health of the puppy at time of sale.
